Attendees MUST vacate the Camp by 10 a.m. SHARP! Only WSP Staff are allowed to remain for additional cleanup work.

* RV Owners Please Note: You will be assigned to one of the three 30 minute "RV Entry Windows" above. See your registration materials sent to you by the WSP Registrars for your assigned entry window. Assignment to one of the three "RV Entry Windows" is based on RV size. We ask that you do not arrive before your window opens! Arriving early will only complicate the process of parking all RV's. This procedure has been in place for a few years now and it works to help the WSP Staff receive and park the larger RV's before the camp gets too crowded, thereby making it difficult, if not impossible to move the larger RV's. RV'ers can park their RV close to the WSP (suggested parking areas would be Bahia Honda State Park, The Ohio Key RV Park, or anywhere in the Big Pine Key or Marathon areas as long as it is legal to park, such as a shopping center) and drive to the WSP in a matter of minutes. Travel time from Marathon to the WSP is about 20-25 minutes, Big Pine Key to the WSP is less than 10 minutes, Bahia Honda State Park to the WSP is about 10 minutes.

Please consult the Schedule of Events when you check-in!

All presentations will be in the "Wheelhouse" unless otherwise noted. Any last minute changes to the Schedule
during the 2012 WSP will likely be posted at the Sales / Registration Desk and the Wheelhouse as soon as they become available!
